Gun drill belongs to semi precision machining. The precision of holes in all fields will be greatly improved, which is generally not easy to lead to wool. Because of the difficulty of chip removal, the machining center must have a high internal cooling pressure. The smaller the hole, the greater the pressure. Gun drill is generally welded together by electric welding of drill handle, drilling equipment and twist drill bit. There is a buried hole in the middle of the gun drill, which is the safety exit for cutting oil to enter the drilling area. Twist drill is a key part of all gun drills. The gun drill is processed into forced chip removal. High pressure cutting oil enters the gun drill thread from the drill handle to the drilling area and cools and lubricates the drill edge. The iron pin and cutting oil are discharged along the "V" groove of the drilling equipment. Also known as chip discharge. Because of the unique CNC blade structure of gun drill, there is no need to remove chips during deep hole processing, and it can be processed to the deep level at one time. The heavier the depth, the higher the processing efficiency. According to different raw materials and diameters, the processing speed can be guaranteed to be more than 30-100 mm / min.
